OUR SILVER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
J&J Mechanical will schedule our N.A.T.E. certified technicians to check your system(s) to make sure they are in top operating condition. At the same time, we will perform these important maintenance tasks:
- lubricate motors and bearings where needed
- adjust all belt tensions
- change filters
- calibrate thermostats and other controls for accuracy
- check safeties, pilots and furnace ignition
- check control and valve settings
- inspect and clean heat exchangers
- clean blowers and coils
- check refrigeration charges in cooling units
- clean condenser coils
- do a general "tune-up" of your systems for maximum operating efficiency
- check integrity of smoke detectors & batteries
- check integrity of carbon monoxide detectors & batteries
- conduct combustion analysis & chimney integrity
